Care Levels
Resident level of care will be determined by the evaluation conducted by the Administrator and LN prior to move-in. Input from the resident’s primary support people is welcome and encouraged during the evaluation process to ensure quality, individual and appropriate care.

Care Level 5
$10,075/Month
As additional services are required, a higher monthly rent will be assessed. Some services, due to their complexity, require additional staff time and rent levels will be adjusted accordingly.
